Rama University Admission Process 2026

Online Admission

• Go to the university’s website. The link is @ramauniversity.ac.in
• Register yourself as a new user and create a separate account. 
• Once the contact details are verified, activate your account. 
• With the help of login credentials, log in to your account, complete the profile, and apply for the RUET exam.
• Candidates will have to upload all the important documents, like passport-size photos, signature pictures, copies of high school and intermediate certificates, domicile certificates, and graduation certificates (for PG programs), in the required format. 
• Finish the application process by paying the application fee and clicking on the “submit” button. 

Offline Admission

• Register yourself in the same way through an online process.
• Fill out the application form thoroughly and carefully. 
• Complete the profile by providing all the correct details. 
• Download and print out the completely filled-out application form. 
• Attach all the important documents, like copies of high school and intermediate certificates, graduation certificates, and domicile certificates. 
• Prepare a demand draft of Rs 1,000 in favour of “Rama University.”.
• Courier the application form along with all the required documents to Rama University, Rama Medical College campus, Rama City, Mandhana, Kanpur, 209217 (Uttar Pradesh).

Required Documents for Admission 

• Recent passport-size pictures. 
• Application number and a photocopy of the application form. 
• Photocopy of the high school mark sheet.
• Photocopy of senior secondary mark sheet.
• Photocopy of the graduation mark sheet.
• Photocopy of the transfer certificate, character certificate, domicile certificate, and caste certificate. 
• Photocopy of valid ID proof like Aadhar card, driving license, etc.
• Photocopy of the address proof. 
• Photocopy of the entrance exam or national-level test scorecard. 
• Payment receipt. 

Entrance Exam

• Rama University conducts the RUET exam to select candidates for different courses. Other than this, the university also accepts scores from exams like JEE, CAT, NEET, CUET, and other national-level tests for courses like B.Tech, MBA, MBBS, and others.
• Candidates must register themselves as new users on the official website and apply for RUET. Once the exam is qualified, they can choose their desired courses. 

Admit Card 

• Once you have applied for the RUET exam, you can download the admit card from the university website and appear for the exam. Carefully read all the instructions before appearing for the exam.

Entrance Exam Result 

• Candidates can log in to their account with the help of login details and check out their performance in the RUET exam. It is highly recommended to download the scorecard for your result and print out a copy. A photocopy will be needed at the time of admission.
• Candidates must also download the scorecards of all the national-level exams they have qualified for, like JEE, NEET, CAT, etc.

Fee Submission 

• Candidates are required to submit an admission fee to confirm their seat and admission. By paying a certain amount, you can block your seat at Rama University for the desired course. 

Rama University Admissions 2026-27

 Admissions are open at Rama University under various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes for the new session 24–25. Admissions for PhD programmes are also open in various fields.

Candidates are offered admission based on their performance in entrance exams or national-level exams like the CAT, CUET, NEET, and others.

RUET is an entrance exam conducted by Rama University to shortlist students for several. The REUT phase 1 exam has already been conducted, and all the students who appeared for the exam can check their results on the university website. 

The final selection will be done after GD and a personal interview with all the shortlisted candidates. The final list of selected candidates will be released on the university website. 

Once the seats are allotted to the candidates, they can submit the admission fee within 10 days and confirm their admission to Rama University.

Rama University UG Admissions 2026

Rama University has many UG programmes like B.Sc., LLB, B.Tech., BBA, etc. under various faculties. Admissions to these courses are offered based on the RUET exam or other national-level exams. 

Rama University offers 100% placement assistance to its students. 

In 2025, the placement cell at Rama University conducted placement drives, and over 500 companies participated in the drive. Some of the notable recruiters were Planet Spark, Kotak Life, Wipro, Infosys, and many more. The highest package was recorded at INR 45 LPA. Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)

Bachelors of Law (LLB)

Rama University PG Admissions 2026

Several postgraduate programmes are promoted at Rama University, like MBA, LLM, M.Tech, M.Sc., etc. For the MBA programme, admissions are offered based on entrance exams conducted by the university; CAT exam scores are also considered. The final selection takes place after counselling and a personal interview. 

Candidates can check out the university website to determine if they are eligible for the scholarship. Rama University offers scholarships based on caste, merit, and RUET score.

Candidates who have scored excellent marks in previous qualifying exams will get merit-based scholarships. Master’s of Law (LLM)

At Rama University, three specializations are offered under the LLM course, including business and corporate law, criminal and securities law, and constitutional and administrative law.

Master’s of Technology (M.Tech)

Master’s of Science (M.Sc)

At Rama University, the faculty of nursing, engineering and technology, medical sciences, agricultural sciences, and allied institutes offer an M.Sc. program.

Rama University PhD Admission 2026-27

Rama University offers PhD programmes across multiple disciplines like law, computer science, microbiology, mass communication, management, and many more. Admissions are conducted two times a year. The programme is available only full-time, with a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years. 

Eligibility criteria 

• Interested individuals must hold a master’s degree in their respective field with minimum eligible marks from a recognised university. 

Selection criteria 

• The university selects individuals based on entrance exam performance and interviews. 
• Candidates who have qualified for exams like UGC-NET (JRF), UGC-CSIR NET (JRF), GATE, SLET, or GMAT will be invited for a direct interview. 
• Candidates having fellowships from ICAR (ASRB), DST-INSPIRE, and ICMR will be called for direct interviews too. 

Entrance Exam 

• The entrance exam will consist of two sections. Section one covers topics from the research methodology, and section two covers questions from specific subjects. Both sections will hold equal weight.
