UPES Admission Process 2024 

A candidate can fill out application forms through both offline and online modes. In case you are facing issues or confusion in the process of filling out application forms then here is how you can perform the entire procedure step by step- 

Offline Application 

To fill out the application form offline, you have to follow the following steps-

• First, go to the official website of UPES Dehradun, download the application form, and print out a hard copy. 
• Fill out the form with utmost concentration and give all the correct details.
• Ensure you attach all the necessary documents, including photographs, educational certificates, and other important documents. 
• Pay the application as per the prescribed method. The application fee depends upon the course you are applying for. 
• To submit the application fee, you must visit the UPES Dehradun campus. 
• Once you submit the application fee, you will receive an update related to your application details on the registered email ID and Phone number. 

Online Application 

To fill out the application form online mode you need to follow the given steps-

• Go to the official website of the UPES Dehradun – UPES University – Contact Us
• Look for the option “ Apply Now”  and click on it. 
• Now, you will have to give some basic details like name, mobile number, course choice, and others. Complete the process by providing all the correct details.
• Once you are done filling out the form, pay the application fee and submit the form.

• Aadhar card (Mandatory)
• Class 10th Marksheet and passing certificate
• Class 12th Marksheet and passing certificate 
• UG Marksheet and degree certificate (For PG admission)

Entrance Exam 

For every course, a different entrance exam is conducted by the university. The entrance exam is conducted to check the basic understanding of an individual towards the course subject. Hence the paper is set accordingly.

Qualifications

You must have certain qualifications to pursue the course of your choice. If you want to pursue engineering then you must have a science background with minimum required marks scored in relevant subjects. 

Admit card

Once the date of the entrance exam is announced the admit card will also be out a few days before the exam. You need to carry the admit card to the examination hall to be able to sit and attempt the exam. 

Entrance exam Result

The result will be announced shortly after the exam on the official website of the university. Check the result and download the scoreboard. 

Seat Allotment

The seat Allotment will take place after the Merit list is out. It will be based on course, availability of seats, and performance in entrance exams. 

Payment of Fees

To confirm the seat you will have to pay a part of your course fee in advance.

Bachelor’s of Design (B.Des)
