What is the UPES Dehradun Admission Process 2025? (Updated)

A candidate can fill out application forms through both offline and online modes. In case you are facing issues or confusion in the process of filling out application forms then here is how you can perform the entire procedure step by step- 

Offline Application 

To fill out the application form offline, you have to follow the following steps-

• First, go to the official website of UPES Dehradun, download the application form, and print out a hard copy. 
• Fill out the form with utmost concentration and give all the correct details.
• Ensure you attach all the necessary documents, including photographs, educational certificates, and other important documents. 
• Pay the application as per the prescribed method. The application fee depends upon the course you are applying for. 
• To submit the application fee, you must visit the UPES Dehradun campus. 
• Once you submit the application fee, you will receive an update related to your application details on the registered email ID and Phone number. 

Online Application 

To fill out the application form online mode you need to follow the given steps-

• Go to the official website of the UPES Dehradun – UPES University – Contact Us
• Look for the option “ Apply Now”  and click on it. 
• Now, you will have to give some basic details like name, mobile number, course choice, and others. Complete the process by providing all the correct details.
• Once you are done filling out the form, pay the application fee and submit the form.

UPES Dehradun Admission 2025-26 (OnGoing)

UPES Dehradun Application Form 2025 for many courses at Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), Diploma, PhD, and others is live for session 2025-26. Candidates who want to apply for their interested programme (UG & PG) must apply before the deadline of 30 July 2025.

It is required to have completed the 10+2 from a reputable board with decent marks in order to enrol at the Undergraduate (UG) level. This may vary for some courses. For the postgraduate (PG) level programmes applicants must have completed a UG Degree from a UGC-recognized university.

UPES Dehradun UG Admission 2025

UPES Dehradun offers various undergraduate courses across different fields and specialisations including B.Sc, B.Tech, and B.Com. (Hons), BBA, BCA, BDes, BPharm, BA and LLB.

Admission for undergraduate courses at UPES Dehradun University is ongoing for the academic year 2025-26.  So, Applicants who want to apply must submit the filled application form before 30 July 2025 (tentative). Candidates who have not applied yet are suggested to do so because after the deadline no one will be allowed to register

Additionally, for some courses, candidates need to appear for some entrance exams like UPESEAT for BTech, ULSAT for LLB, UPESMET – UG for BBA, UPESPAT for BPharm, and UPESDAT for BDes. 

Talking about eligibility, candidates require a minimum qualifying score in the 10+2 level from an authorized educational board. The fees for undergraduate courses at UPES range between Rs 62,000 and Rs 2,93,762, and the university also provides placement opportunities to the students with the highest CTC of Rs 33 LPA.  

Bachelor’s of Legislative Law (LLB)

LLB is a three-year program available at UPES Dehradun. The course helps in acquiring comprehensive knowledge and skills in the law field.  A Lot of individuals pursue the LLB after a Bachelor’s degree. An individual coming from any stream is eligible to enrol in the course.  

Bachelor’s of Design (B.Des)

Bachelor of Design is an undergraduate course offered by UPES Dehradun. There are various specialisations available in the B.Des program. Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA )

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

UPES Dehradun PG Admission 2025

Various postgraduate courses under different specializations and fields are offered by UPES University including MSc, MTech, MBA, MCA, MDes, LLM, and MA. Candidates who want to enrol in the institute can do so by applying before the last date of 30 July 2025.

It is suggested that candidates must apply before the last date because, after the deadline, no candidate will be allowed to register.
