What is the Quantum University Admission Process 2026?

Online Application

In order to start the application process, candidates need to follow the given steps carefully: 

• Go to the university’s website. https://quantumuniversity.edu.in/
• Register yourself and create your own user account.
• Verify your contact details. 
• Fill out the application form with the correct details and the required information. 
• Upload all the important documents in the right format. 
• Pay the application fee of Rs 1200, and finally tap on the submit option.
• Candidates must print out the completely filled-out form for future reference. 

Offline Application

 For the online application process, candidates are required to follow the given procedure: 

• First, they have to visit the university campus or the admission office of the university. 
• Enquire about the offline application forms and the full process of offline application forms. 
• Get the form and fill it out with utter concentration without making any mistakes.
• Submit the form along with photocopies of all the important documents.
• Pay the application fee amount in the prescribed way and complete the process.

Entrance Exam 

• Quantum University conducts its entrance exam, Q-CARE, to shortlist candidates for admission to various programs.
• The Quantum Entrance Scholarship Exam offers scholarships to students based on the marks they score in the exam.
• There are four different versions of the exam: Q-CARE I, Q-CARE II, Q-CARE III, and Q-CARE IV. The duration of the exam is 1 hour, and the questions will be of the MCQ type. The total number of questions will be 100. 

Fee Submission 

• Once the seats are allotted for the desired courses, candidates need to submit an admission fee to confirm the admission and block the seat. 

Quantum University Admission 2026-27 (Open)

All interested students must go to the university website and apply for their desired courses before the deadline. Selection in more than 55 courses is done based on the entrance exam Q-CARE conducted by the university. With the help of this entrance exam, candidates can avail themselves of scholarships up to 100%.

There are four different versions of the exams taking place to provide admissions for different courses, like

• Q-CARE I: For courses including B.Tech, Integrated B.Tech + MBA, Diploma in Engineering, B.Sc. (IT), B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and BCA. 
• Q-CARE II: is for courses such as B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture and Food Processing, B.Sc. (BMRIT) in Nutrition and Dietetics, B.Pharm., and D.Pharm. 
• Q-CARE III: is for courses such as BA (Hons.) in Economics, Psychology, Journalism, and Mass Communication, JEP, B.Com, B.Com (Hons.), BBA, B.Sc. in Animation and VFX and UI & Graphics Design, BHM, CHM, integrated BA LLB, BBA LLB, and BBA MBA. 
• Q-CARE IV is for MBA programmes.

Quantum University UG Admissions 2026

Various Undergraduate courses are offered at quantum universities like B.Sc (Hons.), BBA, B.Tech and many more.

All interested candidates must fill admission and eligibility criteria to take admission under these courses. The university organizes Q-CARE entrance exams to shortlist applicants and offer scholarships. 

Talking about the placements of Quantum University, the Department of External Programs (DEEPRO) is responsible for placement assistance. 

A total of 872 students were placed by 192 recruiters. The placement percentage of the B.tech and MBA batch was 85%. Some of the notable recruiters of 2023 were Zscaler, Wipro, Trilogy, Nike, TCS and many others.

At Quantum University, PhD programmes are encouraged in six different departments. Eligibility criteria 

• Interested candidates must have completed a master’s programme with 55% minimum marks acquired from a verified university. 

Selection criteria 

• The candidates are shortlisted for a research programme based on marks acquired in the entrance exam, Q-RAT, and interview. 
• Candidates with qualifications like UGC NET, CSIR NET, or GATE won’t have to appear for the written entrance exam.
