What is the Manipal University Admission Process 2025?

Online Application 

Online Application forms can be filled in the following ways – 

• First, visit the Manipal University website and register as a new user. 
• Once the registration is done, log in with your credentials.
• Fill out the application form and provide all the correct details. 
• Further, submit the form and pay the fee.
• After the submission of the form, the admission counsellor will contact you and explain the admission process. 

 Offline Application 

 In order to fill out application forms offline, candidates need to follow the given steps properly-

•  First, candidates must visit the university website and download the application form.
•  Fill out the application form properly and provide all the correct details. 
•  Attach all the important documents.
•  Pay the application fee and send a hard copy of the application form and proof of payment to the university address. 

Essential documents are required

• Migration certificate.
• Recent passport-size pictures.
• Caste certificate for the reserved category.
• Aadhar card and other ID proof.
• 10th certificate and mark sheet.
• 12th certificate and mark sheet.
• UG certificate and mark sheet for PG admission 
• PG certificate and mark sheet for PhD admission. 

Entrance exam result 

• The entrance exam result will shortly be declared after the exam. Candidates can log into their accounts using their login credentials and check the results. Download the PDF of the scoreboard and result for future reference. 

Seat Allotment Process

• The seats will be allotted to the shortlisted candidates. Depending on the course and the performance of the entrance exam, seats will be allotted to candidates. 

Fee Submission 

• After the seats are allotted, candidates need to submit the first instalment of the fee to confirm the seats.

Manipal University offers multiple bachelor’s programmes in different fields, including engineering, commerce, law, architecture, and others.

The university gives admission based on the Manipal entrance test (MET). MET is an entrance exam conducted by the university. 

In 2023, Manipal University bagged the highest package of 54.75 lakh per annum under the Manipal Institute of Technology. A total of 339 companies took part in the campus placement drive and offered great packages to deserving candidates.

Manipal University PG Admission 2025

At Manipal University, a variety of master’s courses are offered in various specialisations, including M.com, MA, M.Tech, LLM, MCA, etc. In 2023, over 92.9% of placements were recorded in B.Tech., M.Tech., and MCA batches. A package of 12.59 LPA was recorded as the average.

The placement numbers are increasing every year, indicating the quality of education offered by Manipal University to its students.
