IIMT University Admission Process 2025

Online Application Process

• Go to the university’s website @iimtu.edu.in. 
• Start by registering yourself and verifying your email address.
• Once the registration is done, you start filling out the application form.
•  Fill out all the required details and upload all the important documents. 
•  Pay the registration fee and finish the process by submitting the form online. 

Offline Application Process 

Candidates interested in filling out the application form offline need to follow the given steps carefully:

• Offline application forms can be downloaded from the university website, or candidates will have to visit the university campus.
•  At the time of registration, you will be asked for the registration fee of RS 2,000/-. Pay the registration fee. 
• Candidates need to get the application form offline. 
• Kindly fill out the application form carefully.
• Attach all the required documents, along with proof of payment, and send the application form to the required address.

Entrance exam 

• The university provides direct admission to many of its courses, but for some courses, an entrance exam is conducted. Candidates are required to appear for the entrance exam and qualify for it.

IIMT University Admission 2025-26 (Started) 

IIMT University has started fresh registration (Online and Offline) for the Undergradute (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and PhD Level programmes for session 2025-26. The registration form fee is Rs 2000/- which students can pay through Paytm, Draft, NEFT, and many others.

The university accepts valid scores acquired in exams like CUET-PG, GPAT, JEE Main, MAT, UP CET/UPSEE, and the IIMTU Meerut entrance exam, which is conducted by the university.

Depending upon the course choice, a candidate has to acquire valid scores in the relevant exam and apply for the programme.  

IIMT University UG Admission 2025 

IIMT University offers various Undergraduate (UG) programmes across various specialisations like hotel management, sciences, arts, law, and others. 

The university offers direct admission to most of the courses, but for some programmes, like pharmacy, it accepts GPAT exam scores. 

The fee structure for the bachelor’s programme ranges approximately from Rs 15,000 to Rs 1,00,000 per year. The fee structure varies from one another depending upon the course and the specialisation chosen by the candidates.

Bachelor’s of Physiotherapy (BPT)

IIMT University offers a bachelor’s of physiotherapy programme under the College of Medical Sciences. BPT is an undergraduate course of 4.5 years.

Some of the career options that can be explored by a BPT graduate are sports physiotherapists, medical coders, therapy managers, assistant professors and others. 

Bachelor of Technology (B Tech)

A bachelor’s of technology programme is available in the School of Engineering and Technology at IIMT University.

The university offers several specialisations, like CSE mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and civil engineering, under the BTech course. The university also gives admission through lateral entry into the B.Tech. program. 

Bachelor’s of Pharmacy (B.Pharma)

The Bachelor of Pharmacy course is promoted under the College of Medical Sciences at IIMT University. Candidates are required to sit for the GPAT exam to be admitted to pharmacy courses. The 4-year undergraduate programme focuses on providing comprehensive knowledge of healthcare and pharmacy. 

Bachelor of Law (LLB)

The bachelor of law programme is available at the school of law. The three-year undergraduate programme focuses on various aspects of law and provides a comprehensive understanding to law students.

IIMT University PG Admission 2025

IIMT University promotes multiple PG programmes under different schools associated with the university, like MPT, M.Sc., MA, MBA, MCA, M.Com., etc. The university gives admissions based on valid scores in relevant exams and also considers academic performance.

The two-year PG course is offered under the School of Commerce and Management. The IIMT University has many specialisations in MBA courses like agribusiness management, general administration, and hospital administration.

The course deals with important business fundamentals like leadership, strategy, marketing, marketing and much more through projects, case studies, and internships.

Master’s of Physiotherapy (MPT)

The Master of Physiotherapy is a 2-year postgraduate course at IIMT University. The courses offered under the College of Medical Sciences The specialisations available under the course are orthopaedic sports medicine, neurology, and cardiopulmonary.

Students are taught all the natural and modern techniques that are used in physiotherapy to operate on a patient. 

Master’s of Commerce (MCom)

A Master of Commerce is a two-year postgraduate programme offered under the School of Commerce and Management at IIMT University. Candidates coming from a commerce background are eligible to enrol in the master of commerce programme at IIMT University.

Master’s of Science (M.Sc)

The Master of Science programme is offered under the School of Hotel Management, catering, and Tourism, the School of Basic Science and Technology, the School of Agricultural Sciences, and the School of Life Sciences and Technology. Some of the specialisations offered under the MSc programme at IIMT University are microbiology, botany, zoology, home science (food and nutrition), statistics, and others.

IIMT University PhD Admission 2025-26

At IIMT University, various specialisations are offered under the PhD program including psychology, mathematics, chemistry, sociology, microbiology, economics, English and many more. Candidates aspiring to pursue a PhD programme at IIMT University will have to appear for an entrance exam and a personal interview.

Eligibility criteria 

• All the interested candidates must have completed their master’s in their respective fields with all the relevant subjects.
• Candidates must have acquired 55% minimum marks in post-graduation. 
• Reserved category candidates and teachers from a recognised university with 5 years of research, teaching, or other experience will be given a 5% mark relaxation. 

Selection criteria 

• Candidates will have to appear for entrance exams and personal interviews.
• Candidates with NET/GPAT/GATE qualifications will not have to appear for the entrance exam. They will be selected on the basis of only a personal interview.
